Mission

Our mission is to develop and deliver courses that fulfill CDWS’ mission to support "teaching, learning, and research with advanced applications of instructional and information technology."

Goals

• Analyze professional development needs of UCF Faculty and Staff to ensure UCF Impact.
• Develop and deliver courses to meet professional development needs of UCF Faculty and Staff.
• Enhance Faculty/Staff effectiveness through use of the Instructional Goals, Objectives and best practices.
• Offer courses that enhance CDWS’s ability to impact university-wide professional development while aligning its mission with the UCF Strategic Plan
• Promote job performance improvement at the individual, collegial, and organizational levels
• Develop and deliver courses and materials that are university-embedded, continuous and sustainable
• Provide faculty and staff the skills and resources necessary to complete projects which have significant UCF impact.
• Promote the integration of UCF's Strategic Goals.
• Provide faculty and staff opportunities for collaboration and interaction
